Why did Priority change its name?

When our local owner and Loyalty President, Dave Perno, bought PriorityAutomotive Richmond in 2014, his dream was to create a new kind of car buying experience. One built on trust and transparency, and a firm commitment to our customers and our community. A place where you could always expect a goodhonest deal on a new or used car, fair value for your trade, a lifetime of extraservice benefits and total service satisfaction. The new name Loyalty wasdeveloped to reflect that vision and commitment.

I have Priorities For Life. Does that go away?

Absolutely not. You can still enjoy your Priorities for Life benefits for as long as you own the car you bought at Priority. We’re just giving the program a new name — Lifetime Loyalties. But the promise and benefits stay the same. No charge for oil and filter changes. No charge for state inspections. Free towing from within50 miles of the dealership, and your engine is guaranteed for life.

Will Loyalty have the same brands as Priority?

Yes! Priority Toyota, Nissan and Volkswagen will now be Loyalty Toyota, Nissan, and Volkswagen.

Will the location change?

All three dealership locations will remain the same in Chester, VA. Our Used Car Super Center will still remain in Petersburg, VA and we will still have three Collision Centers that make up Loyalty Collision in Chester, Petersburg, and Richmond!

Lifetime Loyalties includes a Powertrain Warranty. Does my old Priorities for Life include that now too?

Unfortunately, Loyalty’s new Lifetime Powertrain Warranty does not extend tovehicles sold before November 1, 2019. However, the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is now included with all new and many of the used cars we sell. It guarantees the components that make your car go, including the engine, transmission, axles and differential. That’s powerful peace of mind. And it’s on top of the other extras like lifetime oil and filter changes, state inspections and towing.

Do the same people still work there?

Yes, we feel very lucky that the employees you’ve come to know and trust are still members of the Loyalty Automotive team. They are dedicated to delivering alevel of service that embodies our brand promise, transparency and unwaveringcommitment to customers and community.

What about the Collision Centers and the Used Car SuperCenter?
Are they part of the new Loyalty Automotive, too?

They sure are. In the unfortunate event of vehicle damage or an accident, our three factory-certified Loyalty Collision Centers are here to get you back on the roadquickly and safely. And the Loyalty Used Car Super Center is still the region’s best source for thousands of quality used cars at every budget.

I heard about the new 7-Day Exchange program. What is it?

It’s simple. If you buy a car from us, and you change your mind within 7 days, youcan exchange it for a different one, as long as it’s of equal or greater value. Our goal is to have your back whenever we can, and that includes changing your mind.We want you to love the car buy from us, and the 7-day Exchange is a big part of making that happen.
