I went to Loyalty Nissan to get my car serviced but what happened was I bought a 2026 Nissan Rouge AWD…. Aubrey G Bailey is truly the goat of customer service….after I looked at the vehicle he said just let me know what you want and I did, he said let me see what I can do. The patience of a saint and I truly appreciate that cause I was truly apprehensive about taking this step…he didn’t push the issue, he waited patiently until I made the decision. Everyone should have customer service skills like him, he is truly an asset to Loyalty Nissan in Chester!!! BEST SALES MAN EVER!!!!!

John was incredible in helping me get my car! I was very stressed about the whole process because my car was totaled and I had to get another one suddenly, but he was the best and made the whole situation much easier. I would suggest John Guidice at Loyalty Nissan to all my friends and family. The loyalties you get when purchasing a car from this dealership is priceless as far as I’m concerned. I think everyone should get a car from here.

THIS is why I ALWAYS buy an extended warranty service contract when I purchase a car. My son got a brand new transmission for his 2013 Sentra and it only cost me $150 in one-time use parts! His transmission started slipping and I called Loyalty Nissan Short Pump. Chris Macklin, their Assistant Service Manager, was great and had this claim filed with my warranty company, a new transmission ordered and installed in 5 days (over a holiday weekend)! His communication was excellent! Very impressed with the process!

I cannot recommend John Giudice highly enough! I came in with an extremely tight budget, but John went above and beyond to make things work. He listened to our needs and got me, my wife, and our family into a beautiful 2026 Nissan at a price we could actually afford. He made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth and respectful. If you want someone who genuinely cares about your budget and your family, go see John!

Loyalty Nissan is always great, Bob was our salesman when we bought our car and he has helped us with anything we’ve needed afterwards. Ms. Toya is always a delight to deal with on the service side and has made any issues we’ve encountered very easy to deal with! Updating my review- bought my wife’s pathfinder through Bon back when I first posted this. Well when my car was due for replacement, there wasn’t any thought besides calling Bob. Went back and got a Titan XD, older model and Bob went over all the details and issues with me. He patiently went back and forth over the numbers with me for over an hour, never once complaining. My entire household is Nissan now and that’s only because of the Sales and Service teams at Loyalty Nissan
