I was here from out of town when my rogue had a engine issue I took it to loyalty Nissian to checkout and Stephanie at service was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I brought my Nissan car in for the yearly State inspection. Na'Shai Vaughan was my service manager. She was helpful, polite and estimated the amount of time I would be there. She asked if I needed any additional service on the car and gave me an estimate of when my car would be ready. She came and got me 15 minutes before the time estimate. The car was ready. She explained what was done. Then she pointed out additional work that I should consider having done. I left sooner than expected and had no surprises. It was a good visit- I'll be sure to come back.

We recently visited Loyalty Nissan in Chester to purchase a new vehicle, and our sales representative, Bob, was absolutely THE BEST! 🙌🏽 I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first because of our last experience at the Short Pump location, but Bob completely changed that experience for us. Bob genuinely listened to what my husband and I wanted and provided us with exactly that. He wasn’t just trying to sell us anything or get us out the door. He took the time to understand what we needed and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We purchased a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder, and I couldn’t be happier! 🥰 He walked us through everything—from all the features in the truck to the app—and made sure we understood how everything worked. He even reached out to us TWICE after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and didn’t have any questions or concerns. Went on 08/15/26 to look at a Pathfinder and Rogue. Ended up getting the Nissan rogue and was assisted By Dylan who was awesome and helped us through all the way. Overall experience here was fantastic and quick. Had no issues and would recommend here, and The great help from Dylan

Service Representative was Stephanie in service provided was excellent. Very friendly, personable and polite. She is very knowledgeable and experienced regarding services needed and required for my vehicle. She also Kept me informed and updated throughout my entire experience.

I have only ever had 1 situation that I was not pleased with, but it was resolved before I left.
