I brought in my Nissan Sentra for it’s first evaluation since I bought the car from a private source. My advisor Montoya Dandridge was very approachable and friendly. I didn’t have an appointment but she took all my information. I was able to leave the for an extended time since we were going on vacation. It was later that afternoon that Toya contacted me with the things that were recommended. I needed quite a bit done but I trusted Toya and the Nissan team and agreed to most of the adjustments. After I picked up the car later in the week I needed to return with a concern I had.Again I didnt have an appointment but Toya said “come on in”. After a not too long wait, the concerns were addressed and I am happy to be driving my Sentra around now. Thank you Toya!

Kevin was a wonderful person to work with when buying a car. We were outside looking at cars and he came out instantly, ready to help us. We test drove 2 cars and he was very patient with us. He wanted to make sure that the car had everything we wanted. Then, he made sure it was cleaned the same day for my daughter to enjoy earlier than she expected. He still checks up on us to make sure the car is running smoothly and is what we expected it to be. I would definitely recommend Kevin and had a great time at Loyalty Nissan.

My power steering went out, so I called a tow to get it taken to the loyalty Nissan. A little bit later I got a call from a worker there named John, and he helpfully offered to help me set up the diagnostic online since it was close to closing time. He even heard when I later called another agent for assistance and stepped in to get my invoice sorted out! Ten out of ten customer service! I will update this review after getting my car serviced.

I was truly blessed to have an auto sales consultant like Dylan help me purchase my brand-new 2026 Nissan Kicks. I also want to thank Kevin for helping me and connecting me with Dylan. I was very impressed as I brought car in without an appointment and within 10-15 I was seen the car checked in for assessment. I was given a courtesy ride to my job. Shai Vaughan was polite professional knowledgeable and friendly. She listened and did an excellent job at the assessment and taking care of my needs and concerns.
