My experience purchasing my 2026 Nissan Sentra SR was exceptional thanks to both Brandon and Vince. Brandon went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me choose the right vehicle, not just making a sale. What stood out most was when he told me, “When you buy a vehicle, you also get me. I had a great experience at Loyalty Nissan! On June 19, 2026, I purchased a Dark Armor Nissan Rogue, and from the moment I arrived, Dylan F. made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I already knew what vehicle I wanted, and although the dealership was a little busy and there was a wait for finance, Dylan consistently checked on me, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable. I was originally supposed to meet with another sales representative, but things happen, and honestly, I’m grateful it worked out the way it did. Dylan’s positive attitude, sense of humor, and professionalism completely changed my mood and made the experience memorable. The laughter and great customer service made what could have been a long day much more enjoyable. Loyalty Nissan is always great, Bob was our salesman when we bought our car and he has helped us with anything we’ve needed afterwards. Ms. Toya is always a delight to deal with on the service side and has made any issues we’ve encountered very easy to deal with! Updating my review- bought my wife’s pathfinder through Bon back when I first posted this. Well when my car was due for replacement, there wasn’t any thought besides calling Bob. Went back and got a Titan XD, older model and Bob went over all the details and issues with me. He patiently went back and forth over the numbers with me for over an hour, never once complaining. My entire household is Nissan now and that’s only because of the Sales and Service teams at Loyalty Nissan. Had a bit of a hiccup with the Titan and Bob (Robert Wagner) helped get through the sales portion yet again as painlessly as possible. On the service side Ms. Na’shai Vaughan helped sort out and deal with quite a few complications, and was very good at making me feel heard and understood even when I was frustrated. If it was not for these 2 star employees I can confidently say it would not have ended with me driving away in a Nissan. I want it noted that this update is about 5 minutes after the last one right above it, I legitimately stopped what I was doing just to add this last part. I would be doing a disservice if I did not also say that through the process of buying 3 vehicles, and a few issues that could’ve been very bad, Vince in financial has been extremely helpful, personable and insightful. He will answer any questions you have (and a few you didn’t think of), explain something to you in a way that’s very easy to understand, get you the best deal possible, and do it all while chatting with you like a friend rather than a banker. I don’t think my experiences would have been nearly as enjoyable if it weren’t for Vince.

5 star-Great customer service for repairs. I bought my truck because I thought it was a good deal and we recently bought a second vehicle because of the service. Really y’all…Kyle- the service manager at Loyalty west end is the BEST! We trust him completely- timely, reasonable prices, and he explains everything so that I understand (did I say patient?). We are never going back to our local maintenance shop. I don’t even want to tell you all this- but it’s not even about the free oil changes. Well maybe. But we now have the best maintained cars in RVA due to the pleasant scheduling folks, text reminders and of course, Kyle. Thank you Loyalty West End.

Arin Ray was a God send. Arin was kind, knowledgeable and patient. When I thought all hope was lost he threw a Hail Mary and I touched down in a 2026 Nissan Rogue with only 13 miles on it. When it comes to the service department no other is unmatched when you go to Nick my guy will help you out you just let him know beforehand what you trying to do you could use your app to even set up the appointment so when I say the service department got you a thousand percent they got you just let him know what you need what you want and everything else easy peasy

Ms. Stephanie McLaughlin’s customer service as always was above and beyond my expectations. I was in and out very fast even though I was about to go on vacation and got me in on a Saturday. We took care of my regular schedule services and a few more to make sure I had a safe trip. She helps me keep my 2017 Pathfinder up and running well. Thanks and so happy she is my service rep.
