I went in my first day with expectations of buying a used Subaru. My sales reps Tre walked me through the vehicle and I had time to check it out. I was set to buy this car after test driving but didn't like the payments. I came back the second day after doing some research and wanted to check out two 2023 new rogues. Tre made sure they were available and that I was aware of the payments. After a bit of back and forth I ended up in the car I wanted at the price point I was looking for. I happily drove off the lot with my brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Tre stayed after hours to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving.

As far as Loyalty Nissan is concerned, they worked with my situation above expectations. Their collision center left a lot to be desired. My truck went to them to remedy a paint/seam sealer defect from the factory. They received my truck on January 16, and I received my truck back on April 5. They had to re-paint and re-apply the seam sealer because the first two times looked terrible. Not to mention they stored my truck throughout the process in the parking lot without a rear window and nothing covering the opening. This left my interior open to the elements, and to add to it, my interior was still in pieces from where they had to remove my head liner and interior components to perform their work. The interior of my truck was rained in, had dirt and pollen in the interior from them leaving the truck outside. When questioned about it, they were very combative and rude. It got so bad that the issue was escalated to leadership to assist. While I understand the situation, the collision center should never be allowed to deal with the public. They have terrible attitudes, not customer centric, not willing to help, and very combative. I will never revisit the collision center. Nissan should not allow them do perform warranty work at their facility.

Roger Hodges does it again folks.. he handled SJ (my car) with care and urgency. I had an unexpected situation with my car and Roger was there every step of the way. He always keeps me informed with everything being done and breaks everything down so I understand. I can appreciate that being a 26 year old women who has no idea what’s she’s talking about when it comes to cars. Thank you again Mr. Roger. You were great as always!

From calls to texts he always kept me informed on the progress of getting approved for a car. Harold is a funny guy and I appreciate him breaking everything down as far as signing paperwork.
