Stephanie Bullock the assistant service manager that helped me with getting my wife's Murano repaired was excellent. With dealing with the insurance company and keeping me informed on what was going on during the whole process was great. I will for sure recommend her to my friends and family. Also, the technician D. Williams was top notch as well with his attention to detail. He was able to have the vehicle driving like it was new again. Wanted to thank these two for making my ownership of a Nissan a pleasure.

AJ was stellar!!! I felt heard, valued and appreciated. He made my whole experience starting with his warm welcome. He went over and beyond and I am happy to say that I left with my dream vehicle. I would like to thank you Loyalty for hiring individual like Stephanie in the service center. Since I've bought my vehicle. I've had some issues that was covered under warranty and some not but overall she take the time to help, where the customer is not lost. When it comes to the service department no other is unmatched when you go to Nick my guy will help you out you just let him know beforehand what you trying to do you could use your app to even set up the appointment so when I say the service department got you a thousand percent they got you just let him know what you need what you want and everything else easy peasy
