My wife and I have had several pleasant experiences dealing with Loyalty Nissan. Those experiences improved even more after we met Tre Sams and he helped us purchase our Rogue. That's also when we were introduced to Loyalty's innovative Crash Guard. This addition offered us a peace of mind that we hoped we'd never need. As fate would have it, we'd need it. As a result, Tre was able to come to our rescue once again and as a result of this Crash Guard and Tre's work ethic, we actually upgraded from a '25 Rogue to a '26 with lower payments to boot. The fact that the car only had 1 mile on it when we drove away is just the cherry on top. Well done Loyalty, and well done Tre Sams.

John Giudice my sales person was very Informative. He walked me through the process, step-by-step, and doing the wait time he checked on me continuously to ensure that I was doing OK as he kept me updated and informed on what was happening next. He was very pleasant, and although I was discouraged, she kept me encouraged that they could help me

I had a problem with my AC and was able to get my car in quickly and fixed Stephanie B was excellent getting my car serviced and answering all of my questions
