EDIT: Phil issued me a refund. Really appreciate it. Went in today because my key fob was not working. They tried changing the battery and it did not work. They told me I would spend $195 to reprogram the key fob, which I was OK with. About an hour later, they came back saying I would need to purchase an entire new key fob and also get the new one programmed. It would be around $535. I was not OK with that, and they still charged me the $195. So basically I spent $200 for them to tell me my key fob doesn’t work, which is what I already knew.
